Join us for a Sound Bath with Laura & Finlay, it is a deeply immersive experience where participants are bathed in grounding and restorative vibrations from gong, didgeridoo, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drum, overtone chanting, and voice.

Each instrument is woven together to create a rich, evolving soundscape—supporting the release of tension, calming the nervous system, and inviting you into a state of deep stillness and renewal. We begin with gentle movement to open the body, before lying down to rest and receive, allowing the sound to work through every layer of your being.

Held in the calm and supportive space of The Yoga Hall, this is time to pause, soften, and reconnect.

No refunds on tickets if within 2 weeks of the event as the event is paid for upfront and we need to cover the costs of the event. We will try and re-sell for you if you can’t make it but cant guarantee anything.

• Is this right for me?

  Our social events are for women of all ages. If you’re over 18 and looking to connect, you're in the right place!

• How long is the event?

  Social events run for approximately 2-4 hours, depending on the type of event that’s on.

  Check event details listed in our Events page for specific timings and of course you’re free to stay for as long or as little as you like. 

• What’s included in my ticket?

  Your ticket reserves your spot at our event, includes a complimentary drink on arrival (subject to the type of events we hold) and access to all the tools or equipment you’ll need.

• How much does it cost to book?

  Prices vary depending on the type event we hold. Tickets costs are located in our Shop as you see them with no hidden costs or booking fees. 

  You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the event details and a QR code for entry on the day.

• Can I come alone?

  Absolutely! Most women attend solo and we always have friendly faces to greet you and help you feel welcome.
