⏰ 9–2 PM
🎟 FREE (Register to walk)

Meeting at 09:00am for a 09:30am departure as we’re going to be doing a longer route. We will be walking the Gorehambury Drive and then round through the back of Chiswell Green. You can either reach Gorehambury House and turn back (7kms) or carry on and we’ll walk 16kms in total. Drinks at Ye Olde Fighting Cocks afterwards for those who do the full 16kms. Sign up below.

Every walk is different – the route, the people, even the weather – but what stays the same is the welcoming, easygoing environment. Come solo, bring a friend, or even your dog!

Over 18? You’re in!

FAQs

  • Just register once and you’ll get our monthly newsletter with full details of upcoming walks and social events straight to your inbox.

  • Walks are announced first in our newsletter, then shared on our Events page and socials. Want to stay in the loop? Sign up for insider updates below!

  • We currently walk in St Albans (Hertfordshire), Guildford (Surrey) and Brighton.

Interested in starting a group in your area? Register as a Volunteer and we’ll be in touch.

  • Each location hosts two walks a month, unless extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances change our plans.

If that happens, we’ll swap in a social event instead! Follow us on our socials for any last-minute updates.

  • Walks are usually 7–8km, but the distance varies depending on the route.

In the future, we’ll be hosting walking trips, hiking adventures and even walking holidays. Sign up to our newsletter and be the first to hear about it!

  • Check the weather before heading out! If it’s rained, err on the side of caution and wear appropriate footwear and bring a waterproof.

We carry a small first aid kit, so if your boots are new, do bring some plasters. You’ll thank us later!

  • Our walks are for over-18s only to keep a steady pace and give women space to switch off and connect, though babes in arms (carriers or slings) are welcome.

  • Friendly, well-socialised dogs are welcome! Just bring a lead as some routes pass livestock. Be mindful that not everyone loves dogs – check in before letting yours say hello!
